A human approves every write.
No setting turns that off. An AI writing directly to production is a demo trick, and an incident waiting to happen.
Argo Intelligence is made by Graytitude. Years of building for large enterprises taught us which problems are worth automating.
It started on the buy side.
For twenty-five years I sat where enterprise software lands: CIO and senior executive roles at global companies, which meant signing for platforms and then living with them. You learn quickly that the demo is not the product. The product is what your team is still fighting three years later, on a Tuesday, when the person who set it up has left and the runbook points at a server that no longer exists.
I founded Graytitude in 2018 to work on that from the other side. We ran mainframe DevOps modernization programs for large enterprises, the kind of work where the systems are old, the stakes are real, and nobody gets to start from scratch.
The pattern was always the same. The hard part was never the thinking. It was the execution: moving work from one system to the next, by hand, every time.
Smart people, spending their weeks moving work between systems by hand. Opening one screen to check a number, another to update a record, a third to find someone with the authority to approve it. Not one of them was short of answers. They were short of anyone to push the work through.
Then AI arrived, and every vendor brought the same demo: ask a question, get an answer. Impressive. Also beside the point. And underneath the demo was the same bargain we had seen for two decades. Your data on their infrastructure, your workflows in their format, cheap to start and expensive to exit.
So I called Sanjay Chandru, and that's where our quest to build a reliable and secure enterprise grade open agentic AI platform started.
We met at Duke, in the Fuqua MBA program, and have been friends ever since. He spent more than two decades at IBM building products and portfolios, shaping market segments rather than following them. I had spent my career on the buy side of enterprise software. He had spent his on the building side. If we were going to make something that survived contact with a real enterprise, he was the person to build it with.
Argo Intelligence is what we wish someone had sold us. It runs inside your walls. It finishes work instead of drafting it. A person approves anything it writes, and no setting removes that. And the exit is written down before you sign, because we would rather earn the renewal than trap it.
Rajeev JaswalCofounder & CEO, Argo Intelligence

Spent twenty-five years on the buy side of enterprise software, including CIO and senior executive roles at global companies, where he learned what a demo hides. Founded Graytitude in 2018 to fix that from the other side, and now holds Argo Intelligence to the standard he used to apply as the customer.

Twenty-five years at IBM building products and portfolios, and running the enterprise DevOps and AIOps businesses worldwide. He has shipped software into the most conservative IT shops on earth, which is exactly where Argo Intelligence needs to win.

Legent, then CA, then IBM, running global sales for Z Systems software. Three decades selling to the teams who keep mainframes running. He knows that in this market trust is won in the security review, not the sales meeting.

Fifteen years across healthcare, finance and technology. He built his own company before he ever ran someone else's. Runs delivery on one rule: the commitment made in the room is the one that ships.
No setting turns that off. An AI writing directly to production is a demo trick, and an incident waiting to happen.
A confident guess costs more than a straight answer. Argo Intelligence tells you what it found, shows where each answer came from, and stops when your sources don't cover the question.
We chose open standards, exportable definitions, and a documented exit. If the product is good, we don't need to trap you.
Payroll, claims, and settlement move through them every day. They deserve the same modern engineering as the rest of your stack.
Eats real time, touches three systems, has a frustrated owner.
How long now, how often wrong, what better means.
Deployed in your environment. Security review runs alongside.
Argo Intelligence shows what it would write, without writing.
Argo Intelligence writes, a person approves, the work finishes.
If it didn't beat the current way, we say so.
A problem you recognize, not a transformation pitch.
